The company was founded in 1981 as a result of the Villani family's desire, already established in the sector at that time, to offer the rapidly expanding market a wide range of products obtained from the moulding of plastic and thermosetting materials, specialising more and more in the production of manoeuvring and clamping elements, knobs and industrial handles applicable to a wide variety of sectors.
